Refund Policy

Purchasing a product shows that the customer has approved, understood, and agreed to abide by the below-mentioned terms & conditions.

RETURN

This return policy is only applicable if the item was sold by Sweet Dream on www.dreamydepth.shop

The return of the products would happen within 3 working days.

The refund amount would be settled within 3 to 4 working days .

Items are only eligible for Return, Refund, and Exchange if it fulfills the following conditions:

  • If the item received is different from what the customer had ordered.
  • If the item received is damaged or manufacturing defect condition.
  • If the item is having missing parts or accessories which was mentioned on the product page.
  • If the return request is raised within 3 Working Days from the date of delivery.
  • Return request's after the return period will be rejected.
  • Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts accessories, and original packaging  delivered to the customerThe customer will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.
  • Due to multiple factors colors of the actual product and the product image varies. The actual color of the product may vary and hence the slight variation in the color shade does not come in the return policy. Return of a different color item is only eligible if the color of the item is totally different from the image on the product page.
    For eg. the Item shown was Blue and received Brown.
  • We do not have any return policy for Quality related issues.

Process & Schedule of Orders Returns

Under Returns, we give you the option of Refunds in the form of Store Credits

Process & Schedule of the same are as below :-

Store Credits - (Most used method by our customers)

  • Charges - NIL (ZERO).  
  • Tentative Process time - 4-5 days from day of filing return

No amount is deducted from item / order value and the store credits will have 1 year validity. You can purchase any product using the same from our webstore.     

NOTE :- 

All return requests will only be processed on the basis of a PARCEL UNBOXING VIDEO. This video must clearly demonstrate the following:

  • The unopened and undamaged packaging of the product.
  • The product's original condition, without any signs of use or damage.
  • The included accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

Failure to provide an unboxing video meeting these requirements may result in the denial of your return request.

We hold the right to reject returns, refund, or replace the item depending on your return request and the return conditions fulfilled.

Prices for return shipping are to be borne by the customers. The customers kindly ensure about the receipt of the acknowledgment from the courier person regarding the number of products you are dispatching with the signature and contact details. Sweet Dream will not be liable for any lost shipment.

We recommend returning items by trackable mail because all items sent that do not reach Sweet Dream warehouse will be treated as non-returned. Please note that the return parcels are the responsibility of customer until they are returned to Sweet Dream on the following address:

 

EXCHANGE

As per the company policy, we do not provide an exchange on any product once sold. Once the Sweet Dream's items are sold, they can only be exchanged for replacement in the same color (provided the mentioned below terms & conditions are fulfilled). In case of the product is out of stock/unavailable with us, we have the provision of issuing a credit note for the amount / refund the amount. 

You may write to us at connect.depthdreamy@gmail.com specifically within 48 hours of receiving the parcel order to request the exchange. Once receiving an acknowledgment from the team, please send the product back to us, we do not have a reverse pick-up facility. 

Process & Schedule of Orders Exchange

  • Charges - NIL (ZERO).
  • Tentative Process time - 7-8 working days from day of filing exchange.

Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any return or exchange.


CANCELLATION

If you think you have ordered the wrong item, you can request the cancellation strictly within 24 hours of placing the order and we’ll refund 100% money back. 

Please write to us at connect.depthdreamy@gmail.com to request the cancellation. Cancellation directly through the website is not possible.

After 24 hours of purchase, if you fail to send an order cancellation email, you will not be eligible for the cancellation policy, since the product might have been shipped by that time.

The Customer agrees not to dispute the policies made by Sweet Dream and accepts Sweet Dream decision regarding the cancellation.
